We will start our day at 11 am slipping into the crystal blue waters off Florida’s east coast to encounter the Ocean’s Apex predator in it’s natural Habitat. Sharks are a highly misunderstood group and the goal of this encounter is to help the public understand that sharks are a powerful and necessary part of our oceans. The ability to get up close to animals which may scare you enables us to not only grow a love and appreciation for them but also an understanding beyond what the media and Hollywood has portrayed. Following this once in a lifetime encounter we will travel west to Riverbend State Park to embark on a gorgeous paddle of the nationally recognized wild and scenic Loxahatchee river. In between activities a picnic lunch in the park will be provided. Our paddle will take place between 3-5 pm.
